2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ConnectIQ for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems that could lead to interruptions, delays, or errors.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConnectIQ or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if ConnectIQ has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
